How do I receive my order?

Do you ever ask for my personal login details?
Never. We will never ask for your personal passwords, emails, or login details. Everything you receive is separate from your own accounts.
Are the accounts safe to use?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually within 1 hour. In rare cases it may take longer due to high demand or stock checks. If delayed, simply reach out via any social media channel or email.

What happens if my account stops working?
We provide a full warranty for your subscription period. If anything stops working, we will restore or replace your access free of charge.
Can I share the account with others?
Only if the product description allows it. Sharing when not permitted may cause the provider to restrict access.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued if we cannot deliver your order or cannot provide a working replacement under warranty. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if contact is not made within 14 days of making payment.

What if I have any issues or problems?

Can I change the password?
You can, but it’s not recommended during the first 4–5 days.
You are the only person who receives the login, so there’s no risk of others accessing it.
However, changing the password too early can sometimes trigger security locks due to unusual login activity. After a few days, it’s generally fine.
How will I receive the service?
