Instructions and General Information

Please ensure you check junk/spam folders for any communication from us.

Most orders are processed within 1 hour (7am–11pm GMT). Outside these hours, delivery may take longer.

We’re a small team with real-world commitments, so occasional delays may occur — but your order is always a priority. Please be patient and reach out via our Contact page if needed.

As a general note, please do not change any account details/password for the first 4-5 days. Don't worry — you are the only person who receives the login, so there's no risk of others accessing it.

Read the instructions below for each product/service to ensure smooth processing.

Netflix Instructions

Once your order is completed, we will send your Netflix login details directly to your email. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder, as these automated emails are very commonly filtered there.

If for any reason you do not receive the email within the expected time, simply reach out to us using any method listed on our Contact page and include your order number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and resend your details.

Spotify Premium Instructions

After placing your order, you’ll receive your Spotify Premium login details via email. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder, as email providers often place these types of messages there.

If you still do not receive the details, contact us using any of the options on our Contact page, along with your order number, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

YouTube Premium Instructions

For YouTube Premium, we will need you to create a brand new Gmail account specifically for this service.

Please do not send us:

  • Your personal Gmail login
  • Any Gmail account that contains personal data, private information, or is used for anything else

Instead, create a fresh Gmail account only for YouTube Premium and provide us with:

  • The Gmail username
  • The Gmail password
  • Two recovery codes* (see below)

* TO SET UP RECOVERY CODES: Log into your Gmail account > Settings > Security > Set up 2-step Verification (using a mobile number is easiest) > You will then be able to see 8 backup codes in the Security tab (one code = XXXX XXXX format)

Once you have the recovery codes, send the Gmail username, password and two recovery codes to us via any of the options on our Contact page.

Please do not log in, change anything, or watch anything on this Gmail/YouTube account during the setup process. We will let you know once YouTube Premium is fully activated, and at that point you can enjoy the account.

Instagram Boosting Instructions

For Instagram boosting, we’ll need:

  • A link to your Instagram profile (if boosting followers)

    or

  • A link to the specific post or reel (if boosting likes, views, saves, or comments)

Please make sure the profile or content is public throughout the boost period so that our system can process your order.


Once purchase is complete, please contact us using any of the methods on our Contact page. Make sure to include your order number and the Instagram account username or post/reel link.

TikTok Boosting Instructions

To process your TikTok boosting order, please provide:

  • A link to your TikTok profile (for follower boosting)

    or

  • A link to the specific video/post (for views, likes, shares, or comments boosting)

Please ensure your TikTok profile and content are set to public, otherwise the boost cannot be applied.

Once purchase is complete, please contact us using any of the methods on our Contact page. Make sure to include your order number and the TikTok account username or post/reel link.
